EcoFeed Nexus is a South African technology company founded in 2024 with a singular mission: to eliminate edible food waste while addressing food insecurity. We're a team of technologists, supply chain experts, and social impact advocates who believe that no food should go to waste while people go hungry.
Our platform serves as the digital infrastructure connecting South Africa's food ecosystem - from farms and manufacturers to retailers, restaurants, and non-profit organizations. We've built a time-sensitive marketplace that makes rescuing surplus food economically viable and logistically simple.

Our Long-Term Plan (2026-2030)
2026: National Expansion
Expand to all 9 provinces of South Africa, establishing regional hubs in Cape Town, Durban, and Johannesburg.
2027: African Expansion
Launch operations in Namibia, Botswana, and Zimbabwe, adapting our model to regional needs.
2028-2030: Innovation & Scale
Implement AI-driven demand forecasting, launch mobile apps for all user types, and achieve carbon-neutral operations.
